- Scribbles initiative increased ECED’s Social Media followers from 10 to 1,200 viewers in SY 22-23.

- 10,000 views of the 2023 Pre-K Summer Toolkit magazine. Viewers engaged with the content for 5-7 minutes.

- 25,000 website visits to ReadyForPreK.org featuring Scribbles and Friends puppet show.

ECE Instructional Coach

  • Responsible for the professional development of 36 teachers and 36 paraprofessionals across six schools: Aiton, Burrville, Miner, Nalle, Powell, and Simon Elementary Schools.

  • Collaborated with 12 Elementary school administrators to increase Pre-K classroom environments, teachers’ lesson delivery, and students’ success.

  • Selected Achievements:

- Emergency Response Plan: Director, 4 managers, and 30 instructional team coaches were trained on essential technology to transform in-person content to online professional development content for 450 teachers.

 

- 1,337 Pre-K and specials teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators accessed the ECE Teacher Toolkit in response to Covid-19. Content was accessible in multiple languages.

 

- 6,000 Pre-K students accessed customized age-appropriate activity books mailed and online academic content during Covid-19. Content was accessible in multiple languages.

 

- $250,000 saved because of the creation of the Pre-K Digital Read Aloud library, for Pre-K students during Covid-19. Content was accessible in English and Spanish.
